I came from Brazil to Canada in 2017, aiming to build a new career and life in a new land. In 2018 I build with my wife a company - First Steps Canada Consulting - whose object is to help newcomers to find a property to rent. The goal is that the client rent the property before the arrival in Calgary and in the third day after he is ready to start whatever is the activity he planned to do after the arrival. So far (2025) we served more than 800 families.

Many or our ex clients left the rent and bought a home. Some asked my help, but I could not do it, for I did not have license. Therefore, I decided to get licensed so I could offer this service, what I did and, after joining the Maxwell Canyon Creek's team, I became legally authorized to do that.

I can serve my clients in English, French, Portuguese (Brazilian and Lusitan) and Spanish.
